The Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with diverse client portfolios across various industries and turnover sizes
  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for all entity types (excluding SMSF)
  • Provide advisory services to clients, optimizing their financial positions
  • Perform calculations related to Div7A, CGT, and FBT
  • Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office
  • Maintain and prepare clients' financial records
  • Nurture client relationships and utilize rapport-building skills
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce
  • Proficiency in MYOB and XERO
  • Chartered Accountant/ Certified Practising Accountant qualification in progress, completed, or looking to begin
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A willingness to collaborate and work in a team
  • Ambition and drive to progress in your role/the business
