Drive sales growth online and in retail as a Business Manager.

As a key player in our Australian team, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the Australasia region's needs and coverage through analytics and market studies.

Identify expansion opportunities across all product types and sales channels, liaising with and involving the wider team as necessary.

Liaise with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of your plans, projects, and strategies. Ensure assistance and insight are acquired where needed.

E-Commerce Leadership

Provide e-commerce leadership and operational excellence for the Australasia region.

Manage sales revenue targets for the online retail channel (own website and marketplaces), delivering on short-term and long-term plans, including delivery against budget.

Ensure exceptional customer service and journey from landing on our own website or buying on a marketplace, through to product delivery. Customer satisfaction will be measured by customer ratings.

Retail Channel Development

Partner with the Head of Consumer Automotive to redevelop and optimise retail channels in the Australasia region.

Support the launch and/or ongoing sales of new/existing products in retail and ePartner sales channels as required.

Build industry relationships to develop new commercial opportunities.

Operational Oversight

Support the Head of Consumer Automotive in proactively identifying and actioning efficiencies and cost savings to optimise profit margins.

Develop local relationships with suppliers to enable effective on-the-ground management as required.

Seek and implement efficiency gains internally through improved processes and/or systems as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management with a track record of delivering sales growth.
  • Experience in the retail or consumer-oriented industries is a plus.
