OSH Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Ballarat's OSHC Bacchus Marsh Grammar Woodlea Campus. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our after-school care program and school holiday program.

• Develop and implement programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and wellbeing of children
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent
• Experience working with children in an OSHC setting
