Production Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Assistant to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that contribute to the production of high-quality products.

  • Loading and unloading meat on trolleys
  • Pushing trolleys across the section and hanging meat
  • Peeling and trimming meat
  • Assisting the machine operator by loading meat in machinery
  • Putting labels in products and palletising
  • Using pallet jacks and RF scanning
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Capability to lift and push up to 20 kilos repetitively
  • Ability to work with raw meat in a cold environment
  • Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Previous experience within the food industry is advantageous
