Job Description:

As a Principal Design Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering value-driven engineering solutions during bid development and early works. This involves providing expert technical guidance, mentorship, and risk management strategies to drive innovative design solutions for high-value, high-risk projects over $50M.

You will work closely with the Head of Bids and Proposals and the Manager of Engineering Delivery to execute the Enerven growth strategy by de-risking strategic and major projects solutions during the tender and bid development phases.

Key responsibilities include mentoring Senior and Junior Design Managers, providing a centre of excellence for the development of engineering value-adding solutions, and developing and implementing efficiency opportunities for high-performance and sustainable long-term engineering solutions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative design solutions.
