  • Monitor our residents' health – assisting with treatments and medication management.
  • Become a trusted friend to our residents.
  • Maintain our residents' privacy and dignity at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator, a true team player, with:

  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Completion of a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  • Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar field.
  • Excellent clinical documentation and computer skills.
