Job Title: Senior Manager Land

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Land and Property to lead the strategic management of our property needs. This role involves overseeing major project property requirements, ensuring best-practice processes for acquisition, land management, and network operations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a property-related discipline and proven experience in property acquisition and asset portfolio management. They will also have expertise in whole-of-life property strategies and property asset information systems, as well as strong understanding of NSW and ACT property legislation and regulatory frameworks.

This is a key leadership role that requires sharp business acumen, strategic thinking, and the agility to navigate shifting market, regulatory, and industry landscapes. The successful candidate will be a people leader who inspires direction, drives results, and embraces change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of major project property requirements
  • Ensuring best-practice processes for acquisition, land management, and network operations
  • Guiding and supporting acquisition and transactions teams through every stage of the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of NSW and ACT property legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Financial acumen, including management accounting and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
