Domain Architecture Expert - Opportunity to Lead Transformation

This is a chance to be part of an exciting transformation journey at our organisation. As a Domain Architecture Expert, you will play a key role in designing future-state architectures that support business growth and sustainability across our global value streams.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of process and technology for architects working across our value streams.
  • Partnering with business and IT leaders to shape strategic initiatives.
  • Driving innovation through emerging technologies and experimentation.
  • Building strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Supporting governance, risk management, and architectural alignment.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in enterprise or domain architecture within large organisations.
  • Strong understanding of mining value streams and transformation frameworks.
  • A passion for innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • TOGAF or similar certification (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in mining, energy, or industrial sectors (a bonus).
  • Demonstrated success in developing future-state architectures and enabling realization through cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
