Lead Educator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and contribute to their growth and development. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for implementing an innovative early learning program that reflects the latest in early years thinking and practice.

You will have the chance to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community. This role requires a sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with practical implementation skills.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in long day-care and a completed Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards it) or enough Lead Educator experience as a Cert 3. They will also need to hold a Current Working with Children's Check (for VIC state).

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
