Operated by Healthscope, the hospital provides a wide range of health services to the local community, including surgery, emergency care, intensive care, birthing, pediatrics, cardiology, mental health, dialysis, and cancer care.
The hospital features 13 operating theaters, one hybrid/cardiac catheter theater, two catheter laboratories, and four endoscopy procedure rooms, all supported by a critical care unit with two intensive care wards.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Ward 6D, an adult general medical ward with 30 beds. The ward cares for patients with geriatric, renal, endocrine, and neurological conditions.
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
