Job Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to split your day between delivering fresh laundry to valued clients and assisting with various tasks at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and collect linen, towels, and other laundry items efficiently, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Coordinate and follow trip schedules and itineraries.
  • Assist the laundry team with sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, and quality control processes.
  • Anticipate and respond to customers' queries and concerns.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of our facility and good condition of our Toyota Hi-Ace delivery vans.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record and a current National Police Check.
  • Full-time working rights.
  • The physical ability to lift and manoeuvre laundry bags and other items.
  • Proficient in handling repetitive tasks.
  • A punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in delivery or laundry work is beneficial.
