We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate in Premium Funding. This is a full-time permanent role that will provide an opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and increasing penetration of the premium funding product within a specific segment. They will also be the key contact for insurance brokers and customers, delivering prompt and high-quality support across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities include responding to new business, renewal and endorsement quote requests, ensuring the correct terms are provided. The candidate will also provide training to brokers on premium funding and manage loan-related enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance services, banking, general insurance or premium funding, although this is not mandatory. University graduates who are looking to commence their careers in the financial/insurance industry are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Experience in finance services, banking, general insurance or premium funding (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work well in a team and build trusted internal and external relationships
  • High level of attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
