About the Role

As a Housewares Production Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include treasure hunting - sorting donations from charity partners and preparing them for our retail floor. A typical day entails:

  • Accepting donations on behalf of not-for-profit partners
  • Engaging with customers and donors, sharing our mission to ensure exceptional service and a meaningful experience
  • Sorting and categorizing donations
  • Pricing, grading, and merchandising product to make it ready for sale
  • Collaborating with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting our safety culture
