Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional OHS Labourer to join our team at JV Recruitment. As a key player in our dynamic field, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant WH&S legislation and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Induct workers daily on safety platforms and ensure all suppliers and subcontractors adhere to best practice approaches.
  • Operate sites with a best practice approach to health and safety, observing and demonstrating safe work practices.
  • Provide professional advice and service to all areas of operation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements.
  • Conduct internal safety observations, audits, and workplace inspections to maintain overall quality assurance.
  • Participate in Safety, Health, and Environment compliance audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months on-site construction experience.
  • Must have a white card and full working rights in Australia.
  • Reliable transport is a bonus.
What We Offer
  • $35-$40 per hour + 11.5% super.
  • Additional meal allowance (over 9.5 hours on a shift).
  • Additional daily travel allowance ($21.95).
  • Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime.
