We are seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our frontline Fuel team at our Young store in NSW. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, operating point of sale systems, and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Promote products and services by providing information on offers, discounts, and promotions.
• Operate point of sale systems accurately and efficiently, processing transactions, and handling cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any incidents or hazards.

• Previous retail experience is highly desirable, as it demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
• A confident attitude and energetic approach are essential for success in this role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
