Assistant Educator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to join our team at Eden Academy.

This Assistant Educator position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create a safe, welcoming and respectful environment that fosters learning and development in children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs and activities tailored to meet the unique needs of children
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and engage them in their child's learning journey
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve centre goals and outcomes
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Ability to collaborate confidently with families and the local community
