Receptionist Role Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at The Practice Wellbeing Centre Student Clinic. This is a casual role providing professional and friendly reception and administration services to student practitioners, clinic clients, and academic supervisors.

Job Description

As a Receptionist at our Student Clinic, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the Clinic Practice Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including client check-in, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinic Practice Manager, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
