Job Description

Bosch Rexroth is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components, power units, and systems. We are seeking a self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in the South West and Great Southern areas of Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, and breakdown requests in the field. This will include identifying required parts and equipment, carrying out onsite repairs, and using data logging instruments to resolve faults or product performance.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or hydraulic fitter certificate, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, and a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. They will also be able to travel to multiple sites and have effective communication skills.

We offer a permanent position with paid overtime, a tool of trade vehicle and fuel card, company laptop and mobile phone, and employee assistance program. If you are a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician looking for a new challenge, please apply.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing, fault-finding, and breakdown requests in the field
  • Identifying required parts and equipment
  • Carrying out onsite repairs
  • Using data logging instruments to resolve faults or product performance
  • Completing and uploading service documentation
  • Liaising with the Service Supervisor on job status
  • Ensuring all equipment and tooling is kept clean and in safe working order
Requirements
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • Currently residing in Bunbury or the surrounding regions
  • Mechanical or hydraulic fitter certificate
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
