Project Management Trainee Opportunity

This exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Trainee.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project administration tasks, including reviewing closed deals and collaborating with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to initiate new projects.

  • Support SDMs with various tasks, including uploading client reports.
  • Contribute to weekly reporting as needed.
  • Participate in portfolio audits as assigned.
  • Aid in managing internal projects.

As a Project Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to progress towards managing a dedicated portfolio of clients.

Requirements
  • Certificate 3 Business or equivalent highly regarded.
  • Completion of VCE or equivalent required.
  • IT literacy including high level Excel and word skills.
  • Strong Communications Skills.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Highly motivated and confident approach when dealing with people.
  • Calm under pressure with ability to work efficiently.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible in accepting work assignments and capable of following directions.
  • Good personal presentation, commensurate with professional standards.
  • Open to learning new ways of working and thinking to ensure quality of service being delivered exceeds expectations.
