We are seeking a skilled Front of House and Sales Administrator to join our team in Ballarat.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our showroom and sales operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling sales administration, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts, including invoicing and cash sales.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing solutions.
- Support sales and accounts receivable administration, including banking and cash transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new technology.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
