Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Caloundra. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide tailored support to older members of our community, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

  • Domestic Assistance: Assist with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to create a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Personal Care: Provide assistance with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, and toileting.
  • Companionship: Engage in conversation, play games, or watch movies with customers to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Transportation: Safely transport customers to appointments, social events, and other activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or willingness to obtain.
