Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to lead our Material Supply Planning function. This role will be based onsite in Wodonga, where you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless inventory flows from supplier to manufacturing.

• Manage supply chain operations with precision and efficiency, ensuring that inventory levels are accurately maintained.
• Act as a champion for process and systems improvement, identifying areas of inefficiency and implementing changes to optimize Material Supply Planning.
• Drive planning processes and bring innovative solutions to logistics initiatives with customers and suppliers.
• Balance service, cost, and cash by delivering accuracy and execution excellence.
• Analyse data and plan performance to support smarter decision-making.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Natural curiosity and confidence in navigating technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience in supply chain or materials management is highly desirable.
• Degree qualifications are welcome, though not required.
• Commercial awareness with an interest in procurement and data analytics.
