- Break down requirements into features, epics, and user stories with clear business rules

- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and support developers and testers during execution
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices
- Proven experience delivering digital initiatives in agile environments
- Strong skills in technical requirement elicitation, especially for API development
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) accreditation
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Familiarity with web development practices and API management platforms (Azure, AWS, Swagger, Postman)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Marketing Cloud, Target, and Analytics
- Prior experience in the energy sector
