About this role
We're seeking a Banking Consultant to provide customers with a seamless banking experience.
- Meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals.
- Complete customer transactions and have in-depth needs-based conversations.
- Fulfill products as per your accreditation level.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Taking responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring the following skills and qualities:
- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and strong advocates for our organization.
We're looking for someone who can contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
