Financial Leadership Specialist

This role presents a unique chance to spearhead the finance function and ensure organisational financial stability and regulatory compliance.
- Leading the preparation of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and reports.
- Managing end-of-month processes, financial acquittals, and audits to guarantee accuracy and transparency.
- Providing support for funding applications and regulatory reporting.
- Overseeing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Delivering insightful financial guidance to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks such as ATO and SCHADS.
- CPA or CA qualified professionals with demonstrated experience in senior finance roles, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of NFP financial compliance and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
