About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect and Technical Evangelist to join our team as a Partner Solutions Architect. In this role, you will work closely with our Consulting and System Integrator (C&SI) partners, customers, and internal teams to drive adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical champions within our top C&SI Partners, providing enablement on technical matters related to the Databricks product.
  • Work with our partners to help customers achieve tangible data-driven outcomes through the use of our platform.
  • Exercise expertise in areas such as Apache Spark, MLflow, and Delta Lake, and major public cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups with the partner technical community.
  • Contribute to the development of creative technical solutions and blog posts.
The Impact You Will Have

You will have a significant impact on the success of our C&SI partners and their clients. By providing expert guidance and support, you will help them to better understand and implement the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, leading to improved customer outcomes and increased adoption of our technology.

What We Look For
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience working with external clients or partners across various industry markets.
  • Core strength in either data engineering or data science.
  • Experience demonstrating technical concepts, including presenting and whiteboarding.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Scala, or Java.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: data engineering technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), data warehousing (e.g., SQL, OLTP/OLAP/DSS), or data science and machine learning technologies (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, HPO).
