Youth Growth Specialist

The main objective of this position is to oversee the growth and development of junior swimmers in a professional and motivating environment. The Youth Development Coach will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of potential and junior performance squads.
Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging coaching sessions, collaborating with the head coach and wider coaching team to execute well-structured training programs, and providing cover for the coaching team as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to motivate and inspire swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Requirements and Qualifications- Previous coaching experience in swimming with relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and training principles.
- Ability to analyze and review training plans to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They should also be able to motivate and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential.
