Forensic clinicians are in high demand, and this role offers a unique opportunity to build on your existing expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based forensic intervention in a supportive correctional environment.

Job Description

This position involves working with individuals who have committed offences, providing comprehensive assessments, clinical interviews, treatment interventions, and preparing treatment plans and reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of psychology principles and be able to apply them in a real-world setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in psychology or a related field;
  • Experience working in a forensic setting, preferably in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A current driver's licence.

Your Role
  • Deliver individualised services to clients, including comprehensive assessments, clinical interviews, treatment interventions, and preparing treatment plans and reports;
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based forensic intervention;
  • Travel to correctional facilities is a required part of the role.
