Job Description
As a Registered Nurse with Bolton Clarke, you will be responsible for:
- Providing and monitoring the care of residents, including administering medications and performing clinical assessments.
- Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making, taking into account the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes and improve their overall quality of life.
- Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion.
- 3+ years Aged Care Registered Nurse experience desirable.
- Ability to lead a team of care staff and mentor new graduates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Complete a police check and NDIS Worker Check prior to commencement.
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements.
