This role involves providing personalized support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and enabling them to maintain their quality of life.

The Services We Offer:

Our home care services include domestic assistance, social support, and personal care. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing tailored care plans to meet their unique requirements.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field, with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or willingness to undertake training).
  • Current Australian Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle for travel to client visits.
