Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Maintenance Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the maintenance and problem-solving efforts that drive operational excellence.

This leadership opportunity involves supervising a small team of Electrical / Instrument (E/I) technicians as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring equipment management strategies and planned work targets are achieved through detailed planning, work-packs, and resource optimization.
  • Representing the team in site-wide equipment scheduling, aligning major equipment maintenance/overhauls with the site plan.
  • Planning E/I component on equipment major overhaul outages.
  • Developing, coaching, and training of EI personnel.
  • Carrying responsibility for supervising Gas Fitter and HV Switching Operator tasks.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • A passion for managing and developing individuals to maximize their potential and contribute to team success.
  • Communication skills that enable effective communication across all levels of the organization and external parties.
  • Interest and experience in electrical power distribution.
  • Aptitude to effectively plan and schedule resources.
  • Informed and intuitive problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory Gas Fitter licence and HV Switching Operator tickets would be considered favourably.
