Salary

As a Social Worker with CALHN, you can expect a competitive salary package ranging from $67,466 to $100,729 per annum, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits.

Job Description

As a Counselor in our Mental Health Clinical Program, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing recovery-focussed clinical services to consumers. Your role will involve:

  • Providing team and discipline-specific services to improve consumer outcomes
  • Undertaking care coordination and delivering a range of clinical activities, including acute mental health and psychosocial assessments, care planning, and clinical reviews
  • Participating in educational, quality, and service improvement activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of mental health principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Proven experience in care coordination and delivery of clinical services
