- Licensing Management: Manage licensing for new sites, advising on location and fit-out for compliance.
- Audit Support: Support logistics teams during government audits and manage corrective actions.
- Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Compliance Guidance: Offer timely, accurate compliance advice to internal stakeholders.
- Incident Management: Identify compliance incidents or gaps and initiate corrective actions.
- Policies and Procedures: Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, and compliance-related documents.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with experience in a compliance role within a complex regulatory setting; experience in the pharmaceutical, warehousing, or logistics industry is preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively collaborating with various levels within the company.
- Internal Auditing: Experience in internal auditing and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in handling compliance matters.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
- Independence and Autonomy: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks with minimal oversight.
- Planning and Organization: Highly developed planning and organizational skills to handle competing priorities and respond to emerging needs, with the ability to travel domestically as required.
