Beverly Hills Montessori Christian ELC is seeking an experienced Diploma trained Early Childhood Educator to join their team of dedicated professionals working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years as a Second in Charge.

This is a unique opportunity for educators looking for full-time or part-time employment within a contemporary, creative and dynamic environment where they can flourish and grow.

Key qualifications include an ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management, Child Protection certification, a Working with Children Check and valid working rights in Australia.

Desirable experience includes well-developed knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework & National Quality Standards, documented children's learning through an online portfolio and a minimum of 3 years working experience in an approved early education and care service.

Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to engage effectively with children and families, creativity and interest in contemporary pedagogy, high level of initiative and commitment to continuous learning and a personal Christian Ethos.
