About the Role

The City of Cockburn is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Activity Leader to join our Sports team at Cockburn ARC. As a Senior Activity Leader, you will play a key role in delivering and supervising a range of diverse sport programs and services, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and supervise social sports, access and inclusion initiatives, junior programs, casual stadium usage, and facility hirers.
  • Assist the Sports team in achieving operational goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for participants and spectators.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sports team to develop and implement new programs and services.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Requirements
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • An energetic and outgoing approach, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and flexible hours to meet the operational needs of the Sports Department.
