Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments in a home-based setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional care that addresses musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.

Using a range of manual techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, you will work with clients to address their specific needs and goals. You will also provide accurate and detailed records of treatment plans and progress reports, as well as offer rehabilitation advice and support.

Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Massage Therapy;
  • Membership with the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) is preferred;
  • A valid National Police Check;
  • An updated First Aid & CPR Certificate;
  • A mobile smartphone and ability to navigate various applications;
  • Experience and expertise in aged care massage is highly desirable;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
