Job Description: As a Customer Success Account Management Intern at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to enable quality solution delivery and health by supporting foundational relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Learn how to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to drive business outcomes and deliver value to customers.
  • Program Planning: Support the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews to ensure alignment with customer objectives and priorities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Develop technical aptitude and industry awareness to translate customer interactions into business impact and value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop solutions to address customer needs.
