Sushi Preparation Specialist

This role is open to a skilled and experienced professional who can assist in the preparation and making of sushi.
Key responsibilities include assisting the cook in our commercial kitchen, preparing ingredients for sushi creation, and ensuring high-quality presentation and serving standards are met.
Our team works collaboratively to deliver daily lunch orders to schools around Sydney and provides opportunities for career growth and development.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
You will also need to possess relevant qualifications or experience in food preparation, including knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles.
