About the Role

Rivers currently has an opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about fashion and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering a world-class shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
