As a seasoned architecture expert, you have the unique opportunity to design and lead transformative projects across global value streams. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to connect strategic goals with operational execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Developing future-state architectures that support transformation is at the core of this position.
  • Partnering with business and IT leaders to shape strategic initiatives.

  • Fostering collaboration and building relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Supporting governance, risk management, and architectural alignment.

To Succeed in This Role, You'll Have
  • Experience in enterprise or domain architecture within large organisations.
  • A strong understanding of mining value streams and transformation frameworks.
  • A passion for innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • TOGAF or similar certification (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in mining, energy, or industrial sectors (a bonus).
  • Demonstrated success in developing future-state architectures and enabling realization through cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
