Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at dnata catering, Australia's largest and most admired inflight catering and retail partner. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking international hot and cold meals in commercial quantities for our customer airlines.

• Prepare and cook meals for business and economy class passengers for various airlines.
• Manage stock levels and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Follow menu specifications and adhere to food safety, HACCP, WHS, and QSAI policies.

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualifications preferred, or equivalent level of experience.
• Passion and drive to deliver high-quality food to our customers.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Motivated, hardworking, and good attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred but not essential.
• Clear National Police Check required.
• Availability to work 38 hours/week as a full-time permanent position.
