Job Title: Young Leaders in Girl Guides

Description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to become unit leaders at our organization. As a unit leader, you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring young girls aged 5-6. Our units meet for 1.5 hours on Tuesday evenings, and we cater to a diverse range of girls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to young girls as they develop their leadership skills.
  • Lead activities and meetings that promote positive values, confidence, and teamwork.
  • Work closely with a team of other leaders and a region manager to ensure the smooth operation of our units.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to undergo training in emergency first aid and leadership skills.
  • Be able to commit to regular meetings and events (approximately 4 hours per week).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
