Job Opportunity

We are seeking individuals to join our remote oil and gas mining camps as Housekeepers. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working in a close-knit team environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and be able to work autonomously. Manual drivers licence is mandatory, and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Entire room cleaning-making beds, cleaning bathrooms, showers, toilets within specific timeframes and to an exceptional standard
  • Full laundry services including wash, dry, and folding
  • Other general cleaning and housekeeping duties of communal areas (dining room, gym, walkways, outdoor areas etc.)
  • May be required to complete other duties such as transporting/delivering meals to field staff, assisting with stock deliveries, food preparation etc.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills
  • Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Manual Drivers Licence mandatory
  • Physically fit, ability to stand on feet for long periods, and complete physical duties such as walking long distances, bending, lifting, stretching etc.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test
  • Ability to work away from home for long periods of times in harsh weather conditions
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Hold a current National Police Check Certificate or willing to obtain
