Retail Centre Manager Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to drive success as a Retail Centre Manager, overseeing key responsibilities such as driving profitability and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), managing the customer journey, and ensuring site operations are smooth, safe, and compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Driving P&L performance and meeting KPIs
    • Overseeing the customer journey, ensuring flexible and seamless vehicle delivery
    • Working with stock control to meet inventory and customer demands
    • Leading finance and insurance (F&I) performance, compliance, and finance support
    • Ensuring site operations are smooth, safe, and compliant with HSE and OEM standards
    • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team for engagement and performance

Requirements include:

  • Proven management experience in a sales environment, with a track record in P&L
  • Success in leading and developing teams to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A focus on delivering excellent customer service and attention to detail
  • Leadership skills with a passion for team development and upholding company values
  • Automotive industry experience and F&I knowledge (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM (desirable)
  • A valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays
