The Role:

This role focuses on creating an exceptional experience for our workers. As Workforce Enablement Leader, you will collaborate across teams to ensure consistent service delivery, workforce engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Rostering and Workforce team, ensuring a strong customer focus and excellence in service delivery.
  • Develop a high-performing team culture that drives accountability and outcomes.
  • Design and implement workforce planning and strategic initiatives to attract, utilize, engage, and retain our workforce.
  • Integrate recruitment, workforce, rostering, and operations teams to optimize performance.
  • Analyze data to improve rostering practices, increasing workforce utilization and efficiency.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and practices that benefit field employees and clients.
  • Provide insights and reporting on workforce performance to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in community care services, preferably in the NDIS or home care sector, with knowledge of standards and regulations.
  • Expertise in workforce rostering and planning, ideally in aged care or NDIS (desirable).
  • Proven people leadership experience, developing high-performing, accountable teams.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and drive change management initiatives.
  • Skilled in implementing technology-driven solutions to improve processes and create efficiencies.
  • Dedicated to contributing to our culture and building positive brand awareness.
