We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. The role involves advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Acting for multinational and regional clients on employment-related matters.
  • Managing large-scale restructuring exercises.
  • Providing strategic advice on workforce conduct and regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence.
  • Representing clients in complex employment disputes and negotiating settlements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years' PQE with strong experience in employment law.
