
Multidisciplinary Speech Pathology Leader

Welcome to a national therapy services provider, dedicated to enhancing the lives of NDIS participants. Our multidisciplinary team is seeking a Speech Pathologist with exceptional leadership skills to join us in the south western suburbs of Sydney.
As a leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your team members and providing mentorship, training, and formal supervision. You will also deliver speech pathology services to participants in the community using clinical observations and standardised assessments.
To be considered suitable, you will have:
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Considerable experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- Experience in providing training and clinical supervision to other Speech Pathologists
- Possession of a genuine passion for working in the disability sector
