Job Overview

We're looking for charismatic and cheerful Christmas Helpers to join our team at Bed Bath N' Table this season. As a Christmas Helper, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and helping to create a magical atmosphere in our stores.

About the Role

  • You'll work closely with our retail team to ensure a seamless point of sale service and help customers find the perfect gifts and homewares for the festive season.
  • You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our fairytale Christmas displays and be inspired by the beautiful décor and decorations.
  • You'll provide invaluable support to our customers, answering their questions and making recommendations on the latest products and trends.
  • You'll also be involved in Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • You'll need to have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a love of beautiful homewares.
  • You'll bring high positive energy, confidence and a can-do approach to team goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll be able to jump in wherever we need you most and be flexible with your availability.
  • You'll have great communication skills and be able to work well in a team.
