Job Description

We are seeking a talented Therapeutic Intervention Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals.

  • Conduct assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to enhance client outcomes.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service to clients and customers.
  • Ability to work in the community, including willingness to travel and use a vehicle for work purposes.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
