We are seeking a professional and experienced Aged Care Professional to join our team as a WP Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with our growing team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional education and training programs.

As a WP Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs using comprehensive learning materials and extensive knowledge. You will also provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training programs that meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct student assessments, plan, review, and improve training and assessment processes.
  • Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct workplace visits while students are on placement.
Requirements:
  • Possess a strong passion for the aged care sector.
  • Hold a relevant vocational qualification in Aged Care at the Diploma or degree level.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Show a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Demonstrate language literacy and numeracy skills suitable for teaching others.
